Our office organises an excursion to Ano Doliana to honour Saint George, in a traditional custom that has been taking place for several decades.
Departure 06.30 from Kolokotroni Square for Ano Doliana.
Arrival in Ano Doliana, collection of the Miraculous Icon of Saint George and walking to Dragouni.
There, those who do not wish to continue the hike can board the coach.
The rest of us continue on the path to Kato Doliana.
Free time for coffee in Astros (for those who do not follow the path).
Collection of the icon in the "Louloudi" area before Proselia and then a procession to Kato Doliana where we will leave the icon inside the Church of Saint George.
Departure from Kato Doliana around 17.00.
