Filiatra – Feast of Saint Charalambos

On the occasion of the great feast of Saint Charalambos, we are organizing a pilgrimage trip to Filiatra to participate in the festive Vespers in honor of the Saint.
Departure: 15:30 from Kolokotroni Square in Tripoli
Saint Charalambos is considered the protector of Filiatra, as the faith of the inhabitants in His grace is deeply rooted here for generations. According to local tradition, the Saint has protected the city in difficult times, especially from diseases and trials, which is why He is honored with special reverence and splendor.
After the Vespers, there will be time for pilgrimage and a short stay in the city, before our return, having with us the blessing of the Saint.
