Day trip | Acrocorinth – Trikala Korinthias – Lykouria

Early in the morning departure for Acrocorinth. Sightseeing tour at the castle of the Sun God, one of the largest in Greece with the most impressive view to almost all the mountains of Peloponnese and Central Greece. Next, we visit the archaeological site and the museum of Ancient Corinth. Indicatively, we will see the Temple of Dionysus, the Council Chamber, the Temple of Apollo, the Peirene Spring and the Bema of Apostle Paul. Then we visit the Museum with a multitude of exhibits from antiquity. Afterwards, we cross the coastal Corinthia and head towards Trikala Corinthias. Visit to the Mesia neighborhood of Trikala, the most picturesque settlement in the area. Our next stop is the artificial lake of Doxa Feneos, the Holy Monastery of Saint George and the chapel of Saint Fanourios in the center of the lake. Optionally, we will do cycling inside lake Doxa!!!
Next, we head to Lykouria and then return to Arcadia through an idyllic route.
