Who really was the Rapid Bitch?

The man behind the voice that marked Greece.

The child from Peristeri who grew up in poverty, experienced war, Makroniso, love, great collaborations and eventually became one of the most important figures of the Greek song.

The theatrical show “I Sir, Rapid Bitchitos” follows the young hydraulic who dreamed of a better life.

Through songs that have marked generations, the show illuminates not only the path of Grigori Bitikoti, but also the course of Greece itself.

A journalist of our time undertakes to investigate the life and work of Gregory Bithikoties.

Starting from the present, he travels to a changing Greece: from the courts of the Peristorius and the years of the Occupation, to Macronissos, to the popular palca, to the great collaborations with Mikis Theodorakis, Stavros Xarhakos and the most important creators of the time.

And while everyone talks about him, he is constantly present on the stage as a silent observer.

He sees his life unfolding before his eyes.

He tracks his childhood, the struggles, the successes, the losses and the great moments that made him a legend.
