First plate : Yellow chease with black truffle, smoked cheese.
Second plate : Barley with mushrooms and wild truffle. (We use : Agaricus , Craterellus lutescens , Porcini, Shitaki , Morchella elata, frsh truffle Uncinatum). Or stuffed mushrooms with cheese and fresh garlic.
Dessert : Local pastry.
All the meals are combined with local wine (moschofilero).
